Confidence!

This is 8-year-old Tristan. In October he earned his Advanced Orange Belt in Hap Ki Do. For his breaking requirement he chose to do a step behind side kick, after his third round in the spirit circle. As he faced the target he was asked by Master Terry if he was sure he could do the break. He said “yes sir!” “I believe in myself!” Confidence builds competence and the more competent they become, the more confidence they will develop. We reap what we sow. Well done Tristan!
